Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 5 August 2026

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right, tell us your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to hello@do-not-stop.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects and refunds

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless stated otherwise.

Condition of returned items

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items should be unworn, unwashed and with original tags where possible.
