What we collect
- Order & contact data: name, email, shipping and billing address, items purchased.
- Payment data: processed directly by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
- Messages: anything you send us via the contact form or email.
- Newsletter: email address you submit when subscribing to drops and news.
- Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected through strictly necessary and, with your consent, optional cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and legal basis
- To process and deliver your orders: performance of a contract.
- To respond to enquiries: our legitimate interest / your request.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
- For the newsletter and optional analytics or marketing: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors we share data with
We share data only as needed with service providers acting on our instructions, including: Shopify (commerce, checkout, payments), Vercel (website hosting), our shipping carriers, and our email provider. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep order and invoice data for as long as required by Portuguese tax law, and other data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD). To exercise any right, email hello@do-not-stop.com.
